I should add that even though the crust looks a little underdone, I’ve found that it’s just from the juice from the apples seeping into it a bit, making it look wet. I tasted it to make sure and it’s done 🙂
Absolutely genius and I am sure it tastes amazing! I would have chosen that little wedge at twelve o’clock, where the goodness meets!
