Wife requested to binge Harry Potter movies and have seafood pasta for her birthday/Halloween dinner. I threw together this fresh red snapper linguine. I made the sauce with whole peeled tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, lemon, white wine, olive oil, butter, and red pepper flakes. It was a hit.
