happy sunday yall.
got the egg up and running for a pork shoulder this morning and used my usual memphis dust spice blend on it.
wondering if anyone has any good spice blends they make at home that are always a hit?

I used Meatheads recipes as a starting point. Adjusted them to meet my taste.
