First time making Chicago style deep dish. This cruddy is amazing. It's like biscuit crust and I can't get enough. Italian sausage, gr ppr, mush, onion; other was pepperoni, gr ppr, mush. 10/10 exceeded expectations.
I want to go into a cheese coma after seeing this wow! Chi town deep dish is one of those delicious things that after I’m eating it, I pretty much go straight into a food coma haha.
Its F’n delicious and worth it though even if 2 slices of it makes me feel like I just wolfed down 8 normal slices lol.

A few great places in Chicago will ship you the real thing frozen overnight but it looks like you might not need that option! I do miss that pizza, although Chicago thin crust is also amazing.
