    The one piece of mackerel missing the slice of pickled radish is giving me an OCD tick 😂 Seriously though, it is a beautiful plate. Would eat. How is the almond gazpacho seasoned? Wondering about how all of the flavors would go together.

    Perhaps it’s just me, but I’d rather see the radish slices not so perfectly ‘placed’.

    More scattered like they’ve fallen.
