Hey, did I get a smoke ring? 😂 This is my first time trying a chuck roast on the Camp Chef. A little dryer than I’d hoped for, but still very good.

Chuck Roast
SPG Rub
Kirkland pellets
200 for 6 hrs
10 smoke level + smoke tube
Put in foil pan with foil cover after adding beef stock
225 for 2 hrs
Pulled and rest for 30 min
Eat
