    First time making my own sausage and it turned out great. Sauce is close, just need to alter a few things. Cheese blend and sauce still need work.

    That looks really good! Can you share the dough recipe? It reminds me of a place called Ach and Lou’s on the east side of Aurora that I went to after little league games decades ago.
