Fusilli al Tonno (With a tomato-based tuna sauce, with capers and black olives)

    Recipe couldn’t be easier.

    Sweat off some onion in a pot, add garlic, sweat some more, add in a can of tuna, tomato puree, sautee for a minute, add tomato pulp, throw in some chopped olives, capers, salt and pepper, cook for 15 minutes on low to medium heat.
    Serve on pasta of your choice, with a generous amount of parmesan 😀
