First Swiss Roll too oval


How do I get it more round? It sort of became an oval. No cracks and it was quite tasty but this was my first time making something like this.

    I’m sorry to say you’ll have to eat this one then try again. Maybe a few times. What a shame.

    Thank you! I think a thinner towel/parchment might help and maybe some firmer cream filling. I’ll have to experiment!
