That crust is almost perfect I’ve struggled with making a good crust and I’ve gotten much better since I’ve used the grills burner but that’s almost perfect I’m impressed maybe a little burned in some small parts but Jesus that’s almost perfect

Crust > perfect medium rare
If I can get a great crust I’m okay with it being a bit over done. Perfect is reverse sear with a thicker cut.

Damn, bringing a non stick to those temps is not a good idea.
Just cut a little of the excess fat of the streak prior to cooking and rub that on a hot cast iron or stainless steel pan and that’s all the non stick you need for beef. Then butter bath at the end
