herb whipped ricotta dip ✿

𝓘𝓝𝓖𝓡𝓔𝓓𝓘𝓔𝓝𝓣𝓢
15 oz whole milk ricotta
1 tbsp mint (roughly chopped)
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp dill (chopped)
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
generous pinch of kosher salt
1 tsp fresh black pepper
1 baguette or french loaf

𝓗𝓸𝔀 𝓣𝓸:
– in a small blender or food processor, combine ricotta, herbs (mint, thyme, basil, dill), lemon zest, olive oil, salt + pepper, garlic cloves and honey. blend until creamy and whipped
– transfer to fridge to firm
– prepare bread by slicing and buttering each piece and toast til golden brown in pan
– place dip on serving bowl, top with herbs and olive oil
– serve, dip & enjoy ☻
