The captions cover most of my thoughts on this pretty great restaurant. The more casual wine-bar a la carted restaurant shares an entry way. It was pretty bustling, but there was only other table on the prix-fixe side with the one-star. Other than the semi-funereal stillness, I had a delightful meal. The waiter, who also handled the wines, was really talented, open to chatting, and tolerating my attempts at German. (I later found out she is actually a native-speaker of Italian. She spoke perfect English too.) At 145 Euro for the menu, and 90 Euro for the wine-paring, I thought this place was quite a good deal. The menu is “5 course,” but, as you can see, you get quite a few extras. All in all, I have nothing bad to say. I’d definitely eat there again, and I highly recommend it.
