My homemade matcha affogato. That’s matcha on matcha on matcha!

No churn matcha ice cream:
250mL heavy cream (35%) whipped to soft peaks
150g sweetened condensed milk
Pinch of salt
15g sifted ceremonial grade matcha

For the affogato, top ice cream with matcha (2g matcha whisked with 30g warm water) and dust with more matcha. It’s crazy how smooth this ice cream came out. I highly recommend using ceremonial grade matcha over culinary for this one because you get a more intense and umami ice cream flavour that’s not gritty.

  1. U had to make him lick it to make him taste that cream huh 😭😭 i luv pets too but i don't let them lick plates or anything I use cuz they lick and eat everything they see ( their own butt, eat poop) so it's disgusting
