A stuffed pear with feta, dried cranberry, fresh thyme, pinch SnP, with roasted walnuts and a honey drizzle. Garnished with golden goose berries, apple shavings and chevril.

    Is this suppose to be a starter or a dessert? It’s all a little confusing. If it’s a dessert, I do not want to eat feta with my dessert

    I have never been so conflicted.

    The hollowing of a pear is amazing to me and exiting.

    The way the internals look is messy and off-putting.

    Please understand that I love this, but the ‘insides’ need to either be really messy like organs or be neat and ordered like a desert.

    I still want to come back and say, I have never seen this before and still am stunned.
