Looks good! Looks like mine. Is it tasty? You will have to wait for it to age a bit before the perfect toast! I know the effianados six spelling – don’t like the big bubbles but I find they make great pockets for cheese! And butter! Or avocado! Mmm

Hi
I can see you’re new to the sub – Welcome! 👋☺️
Please kindly add ingredients used & your process (the steps followed to make your bake).
100g active starter 165g warm water 5g salt 250g all purpose flour
Mix, rest for 30. Coil folds every 30 mins for 2 hours. Shape. 30 min rest. Second shaping. Into the fridge for roughly 32 hours.
Baked in preheated Dutch oven on 450 for 25 lid on, 25 lid off.
(I know see why it may be alittle “dense”. I started to double a “mini” loaf recipe and the only thing i doubled was the starter. My 3 y/o was helping me and distracted my measuring.)

I always put the peanut butter on the slice with the big bubbles so it’s doesn’t slip out and the jelly on the others. This really looks great for your first time
