Super easy and if I have left over calories for the day I’ll add 60-100 cal of peanut butter. I hate maple syrup and love just plain pancakes so this is great for me. 15g protein too!

    Since a couple people have DMd me for the recipe:

    Mash one banana until super mushy

    Add an egg and mix

    Add 1/8 cup flour and mix

    Add 1/2 frozen blueberries and mix

    (I use the precooked Costco bacon FYI)
    Warm up bacon a bit so that a little bit of grease can get on the pan

    Rip up bacon and add to the batter and mix

    If the bacon didn’t add enough oil do a couple quick sprays of oil to the pan

    Divvy up into 3 pancakes and cook like a normal pancake
