    1. What is the lilydale? I zoomed in but I still can’t tell what it is. Turkey breast slices ?

    2. Is the monk fruit sweetener you listed the EXACT one you like? Or any monk fruit? I’m wanting to buy one soon to try for baking !

    I love cantaloupe but the more I eat, the hungrier I get! Greek yogurt though… mmm, mmm. Also a daily staple for me.

    Every time I see protein bars I want to try I compare them to the Kirkland brand and they are always more expensive, less protein, and less fiber so I have to stick with the GOATs for me.
