I used olive oil and Pit Barrel All Purpose Rub to start. Smoked in Pit Barrel Cooker for 30 minutes per side. Crisped up on hot grill for a few minutes per side. Back onto Pit Barrel Cooker with your favorite wing sauce(s) for 10 minutes per side.
Jalapeños slided in half, remove seeds and add cream cheese base, sausage, and sprinkle with cheese on top. Smoked for 30 minutes.
