See attached image, I have noticed these seedlings are being decimated. But I can’t seem to locate the culprit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

To me it looks like multiple pests. Snails, slugs and caterpillars. Some of the leaves appear to be eaten from the inside out while others appear to have chunks bitten from the outside

My guess is snails or slugs. If you opt to get pellets, please get them with with iron chelate or ferric phosphate (ie active ingredient of iron) and NOT metaldehyde. Metaldehyde is dangerous for birds, mammals and lizards.
