Nice! Speaking of coconut cakes, how do you make them super duper coconutty? I recently baked the coconut cake from Sally’s Baking Addiction- it was highly rated, used shredded sweetened coconut, cream of coconut, and coconut extract and yet I was so disappointed in the lack of coconut flavor in the end. What’s the secret I’m missing?
