From back in June, the last time I had the chance or motivation to make any pizza. This one was made from playing around with sourdough and trying to make bigger pizzas (15”-16”) in the Gozney Arc XL. Hope to get back to it eventually, even with the frigid winter weather rolling around.
500g General Mills Gold Medal All-Trumps flour
65% hydration
10% sourdough starter
2.5% kosher salt
3% oil

It looks spectacular
This sub brings me joy because I get to see all this delicious pizza, but it comes with a hint of sadness because I can’t jump through the screen and eat it all. Nice work. Looks delicious.
