Howdy yall. Pretty new to this, only been baking for the past two weeks, but have made some pretty tasty bakes! Here’s a few.. traditional loaf & jalapeño cheddar loaf, pepperoni roll, sandwich loaves, sun dried tomato/basil/garlic loaf, cinnamon rolls, & burger buns, and a focaccia. Using a plain old kitchen knife for scoring is a bit sloppy but gets the job done. Any tips or criticisms or suggestions on fun recipes to try are appreciated!

Edit: For my traditional Loaves I use: 850g flour, 571g warm (112 degree) water, 170g starter, 21g salt. 4 rounds of stretch and folds, 4-5 hour room temp rise, 10-36 hour cold ferment, 23 min at 500 degrees covered, 19min at 500 uncovered.
