Hey y’all. First time poster long time lurker. I am new to canning and made Balls kosher dill pickles yesterday for the first time. After cooling on the counter I noticed they have bubbles in the jar. The tops are sealed but I’m just not sure. Are they safe to eat?

I used this recipe:

Did you follow the recipe correctly? The correct amount of vinegar, processing time for your elevation? Is the lid popped down and when you remove the ring, it is still sealed tight? If all of those things are ok, the bubbles are nothing. You have plenty of liquid in there. You remove air bubbles before you process the jars, but some will show up in the liquid after. The way to know that what you did is safe is to follow the recipe and safe canning practices. Once the lid is sealed, you are good. Safe canning practices include clean jars, lids, correct time for altitude, removing rings once cooled.
