Yesssss! Glad to see a sweet potato pie video now because there is an over saturation of pumpkin pie and pumpkin everything during this time of the year. Good to have a change of pace. Great video as always Camirra! ππ
LOVE this ideal of using a food processor for "sweet potatoe strings." πππΎππΎππΎ

Such a beautiful sweet potato pie, Camirra! Thank you!
Yes I would try that recipe. I'm a diabetic and love me some sweet potato pie.. or candy yams don't nobody make that no more kids don't even know nothing about that..
I've had an idea- what about taking those baked potato skins (maybe do rub them with a little butter before baking) and simmering them into the evap milk/heavy cream & sugars- maybe 20min?- tempering in the eggs or 2eggs+2yolks- aiming for a custard (strain it!) and THEN adding in the blended baked sweet potato, grassfed butter, fresh spices and extracts/liquors, maybe a hint of molasses or almond with the vanilla and lemon, flour & salt? IDK if it would make a lot of difference? But I bet it may enhance things??? Esp after 24hr to blend all those deep flavors in the fridge? I love experimenting with these fillings in a crustless dish, and then (shh, foaming up a scoop in the blender with leftover strong cold coffee and a splash of cream over ICE!). Or having it with a 1/2 scoop ice cream. That new cinnamon cream in a can? Thumbs-DOWN. But, we HAVE had some really delicious 'experiments'! And the kids LOVE it too ; ) Crazy- I know…
The pies look beautiful and so good. I like the recipe that you use.
Try it with molasses next time π
Yummy
Good morning Camirra πβ€π
i luv u camirra and jesus loves u MHM OOOH-KAY?!
Happy Thanksgiving Camirra soon πβ€π
Except for the ginger, that's just the way my Memmie made them. Will def have to try that. Melanated and caucasian sugar, girl you're a hoot! Liked, subscribed, and notified!
Your humor reminds me of things Danni Rose says. π
I'm not sure if she still makes videos but you remind me of her sometimes.
Keep up the good work.
Christ blessings to you!
Why are you calling the sugar Caucasian? Sugar cane does NOT grow in the European Caucasus region. Please explain your terminology. Also, melanin is produced by humans and animals, not sugar cane. Brown sugar is unrefined sugar (dark brown has molasses mixed in) and white sugar is highly refined. I guess that you thought you were being clever or funny? Well, no….
Hello Camirra try using condensed milk instead of melinated and unmelinated sugar it makes my pie have a fluffy texture
