  1. The Best Stuffed Shrimp in Lemon Butter Sauce
    Ingredients:
    1 lbs @lobsteranywhere 16-20 Black Tiger Shrimp
    1 tbs olive oil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp black pepper

    Stuffing:
    6 oz lump crab meat, drained
    5 oz fresh spinach, sautéed
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    1/2 lemon, juiced + zested
    1 tsp old bay seasoning
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

    Lemon butter:
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 lemon, juiced + zested
    1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakes
    Black pepper

    Garnish:
    Lemon wedges
    Dill

    Method:
    1. Preheat oven at 350 F;
    2. Defrost, pat dry and butterfly shrimp; this particular comes already deveined; season with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper;
    3. To make the stuffing mix lump crab meat, spinach, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, old bay seasoning, garlic, lemon juice + zest, salt and pepper;
    4. Scoop the stuffing and place it on the inner side of the shrimp and arrange them in a 9- inch skillet or a baking dish;
    5. Drizzle lemon butter (reserve some for finishing) and bake for about 20 minutes or until internal temperature is at 145F;
    6. Finish with the remaining lemon butter, more lemon, dill and enjoy! 😋
