    I do a few different versions but this one was toasted and rehydrated guajillos, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, charred green and white onion, lime, orange juice, and beer with some seasonings like salt, pepper, cumin. I might be missing something.

    I’ve been doing Mojo Criollo lately. Sour Orange (or Lime, Lemon, Orange juice), spices (black pepper, cumin, Mexican oregano, salt, some granulated garlic, and onion powder), fresh crushed garlic, slivered onion, Avocado Oil.
