Tuscan Chicken Ingredients:

* 7 pieces chicken thighs
• 1 tsp smoked
paprika
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• ½ tsp crushed black pepper
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 5-6 cloves of garlic crushed
• 1 tsp mustard paste (optional)
• 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 2 tbsp Avocado oil
• 2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the paprika, crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard paste, chili garlic sauce, olive oil, and dried parsley. Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat a mix of butter and oil in a skillet. Pan-fry the chicken thighs for about 8 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Alternatively, you can grill the chicken for a smokier flavor.

For the White Sauce:

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 can sun-dried tomatoes (or fire-roasted tomatoes)
• 1 cup spinach (optional)
• 1-1¼ cup cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 1 tsp parsley (dried or fresh)

Instructions:

1. In the same pan used to cook the chicken, melt butter.
2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, sauté briefly.
3. Pour in the cream and stir in the parsley, salt, pepper, and chili garlic sauce. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Serve:
Place the cooked chicken on a platter and generously pour the white sauce over the top.

Lemon Herb Rice:
• 2 cups cooked white rice
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh parsley, cilantro, and mint, chopped
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

2. Add the chopped parsley, cilantro, and mint, and mix well.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
