I grew up in Albania 🇦🇱 and we made our own orzo pasta from scratch at home. My grandparents made the dough and we’d all roll the little rice looking pasta shapes, let it dry then store in a flour sack for the winter months.
We called orzo kritharaqe. Hope you like my recipe:).
