The dough looks amazing, but why did you “overhang” the sheets in the dish? I think it’s better if the sheets are smaller than the dish, so the sauce can distribute and everything is cooked evenly. But mabye thats just me

I swear I thought you had a dish towel under there when I looked at this. Looks really tasty though. It’s finally getting cold enough where my basil is almost done. Had a great run this year.
