First skillet pizza!

    I used Ken Forkish’s recipe for his saturday white bread, but used the 2nd half of the dough for a couple of skillet pizzas and was honestly really happy with how they came out (I’ve only cooked pizza like twice before and never in a skillet).

    If anyone’s interested, it’s nothing spectacular (the dough), but it’s really simple and quite tasty! Perfect for a beginner IMO.

    I love skillet pizzas so much fluff and crisp at the same time I use my 17” lodge for that though

    Nice nice 🙂. Do you have any problems with the acidity of the sauce on the cast iron?

    I’ll hold you innocent until proven guilty but looking at these photos I’m rather convinced the bottom is burnt totally black
