I used Ken Forkish’s recipe for his saturday white bread, but used the 2nd half of the dough for a couple of skillet pizzas and was honestly really happy with how they came out (I’ve only cooked pizza like twice before and never in a skillet).
If anyone’s interested, it’s nothing spectacular (the dough), but it’s really simple and quite tasty! Perfect for a beginner IMO.
