I know I’ll probably get downvoted for this but I am not a huge Yucateco fan. The Caribbean sauce is the outlier. I love that stuff.

It’s nice, it has a well rounded flavour and a nice heat level, not as hot as there xxx hot sauce but it’s level with the black,
