I didn’t feel like cooking tonight so I took a single portion of homemade ragù (that I cooked for 5 hours and it’s one of my past recipe:

from the freezer, defrosted it and used one portion (250g) of homemade tagliatelle that I put in the freezer a few months ago.

That’s the final result (+ parmigiano of course… I made the photo before using a lot).

I loved it… and it was so good and it only took like 10 minutes.

That’s the way to go to eat really good homemade food… cook it in large batches and freeze in monoportions.
