Napoletana Pizza, also known as Neapolitan Pizza is a type of pizza that originated in southern, Italy, in the Campania region, in Naples, Italy. This style of pizza is prepared with simple and fresh ingredients: a basic dough, raw San Marzano peeled and crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil.
