You guys. My husband and I have perfected the oven baked pizza using our cast iron. Homemade thin crust dough. We have an Ooni and we like it…but this way is always better. Pepperoni and cheese and Briar Hill (Youngstown Ohio shoutout)! 😋🤤

Looks good!
Yeah, a friend of mine lives in a town with less than 8000 people, more than half a dozen places to get a pizza, and who’s best is a tossup between the dominos and the little caesars. The independent places are just that bad.
Youngstown OH has a population of about 60k, but doesn’t have a decent pizza shop? I grew up in a town of 5,000 and we had just one shop. They didn’t really know how to make pizzas, for example they would use bulk cheese individual slices across the surface of the pizza. This resulted in toppings, cheese, and even the sauce sliding off when you took a piece that was poorly cut.
It’s Brier Hill not Briar Hill. Also, those three slices ruin it imo, should have been all pep.
I was like, what the hell is op talking about that looks bangin…..then I read the description 😂 nice work, cast iron pies are phenomenal
Where do you have your pan in your stove?
