Overnight pork shoulders

We are having a party with around 40 guests so I figured on the two pack of boneless shoulders from Costco. They are taking a bit longer than I thought but good things come to those who wait. Set the egg at 300 put them on at 9pm watched the Tyson-Paul train wreck.here at 8 am they are sitting at 170. Temp never dropped below 275 overnight.
