Dusted these with a hot pepper/salt/pepper/garlic dust before cooking then baked then fried. Simple franks/butter/garlic sauce. Hot take here I like these smaller wings from Wegmans over the steroid pumped jumbo wings. They taste better in my opinion. Extra saucy.
