Level 1 – easiest + gooiest s’mores at home

2 graham cracker halves @traderjoes
2 mini @hersheys bars
2 marshmallows, cut in half
Stack 1 Graham half + chocolate and marshmallows and put under the broiler on low for ~2 mins until golden brown

Level 2 – s’mores hot chocolate

1 cup milk @silk
1 tbsp cocoa powder @ghirardelli
1 tbsp sugar
Tiny pinch salt @maldonsalt
Chocolate sauce + 1 Graham half
4 marshmallows, melted

Rim glass with chocolate sauce and graham crackers.

For the hot chocolate, whisk together milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a tiny pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Top with marshmallow fluff (melted marshmallows thinned with a little bit of milk in the microwave) and crushed graham crackers

Level 3 – s’mores Dutch baby pancake

3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter, for the 10” cast iron pan
Mini marshmallows, chocolate, graham crackers

Preheat your oven to 425F / 220C. Place cast iron pan in to preheat

Blend or whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Let rest for at least 10 minutes while you wait for the oven to preheat

Once the oven is preheated, quickly remove pan (careful, it’s hot!). Toss in butter to melt, then top with mini marshmallows, a light dusting of graham cracker crumbs (reserve the rest), and grate chocolate on top

Place in the oven to cook, undisturbed, for 20-25 minutes or until marshmallows are melty and golden brown, just like an actual s’more!

Meanwhile, if making chocolate sauce from scratch, add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips to a bowl and pulse in the microwave, thinning with milk and whisking, until a velvety chocolate sauce forms. Add more chocolate chips if you want even more sauce

Remove Dutch Baby from oven, top with your the rest of the graham crackers crumbs and your chocolate sauce, and enjoy!
