Air dried with baking powder for 22hr, then smoked on a Weber for about 45min. Mise en place with vegetable oil, Fire on the Mountain Spicy Peanut, and Frank's with butter. Made up some cajun fries, and the wife was happy. Let's go Ducks! 🦆
