Sharing the sausage & pepperoni pizza I made last night. I ran across some Grande mozz a few days ago while buying more flour and had to get a loaf. Been making pizzas non stop since lol.

This one is an 18″ pie with 8 oz carolina reaper sauce, 7.5oz Grande lmwm, 3.5oz of store brand part skim mozz, 3 oz homemade italian sausage, 2.5 oz. Ezzo Supreme pepperoni. Baked for 7 min at 500°F on steel. SInce I’ve been tracking ingredient costs lately—total ingredient cost for this 18″ two topping pizza was $9.85.

This is the 5th pizza I’ve made with the Grande. I decided last minute to mix in some part skim for better browning. Unfortunately all I had was some store brand pre-shredded so that’s what I used. I think it turned out great though. Great flavor, good balance with a spicy kick. Love the Ezzo pepperoni but it’s too expensive to be a daily driver imo.

Looks pretty much perfect OP! And I see that freshly grated parm on top, nice

Do you cook the sausage prior to the pizza or put it on the pie raw ?
