I used the pecan crusted topping from the recipe that featured trout (premium). It’s just Dijon mixed with honey as the spread with buttered panko and crushed pecans spread on top. This is sooo good!!
The turmeric rice is from the barramundi recipe I just had. I didn’t have the mushroom concentrate they used so I used vegetable. I could taste the slight difference as the mushroom version had a more umami taste. Still good though!
