Bring your gas grill up to 450 degrees F

If you have a three burner gas grill leave one burner on low with the middle on medium low and the other on medium. That should keep your grill at 400 degrees F

Place the split chicken breasts on the grill grates above the low heat with the skin side up.

Grill for 25 minutes with the grill lid closed then flip the breasts

Grill for another ten with the grill lid closed and then flip back

Finish grilling the split breast for another ten minutes for a total of 45 minutes

Remove from the grill once the chicken breasts hit an internal temp of 165 degrees
