Breakfast: each morning I sauté baby spinach, onion, mushroom and turkey bacon. Scramble some egg/ egg whites and air fry shredded hashbrowns.
Snack: smoothie with Kale, blueberries, spinach, celery, tomato, avocado, green grapes, apple, ground flax seed and vanilla whey protein powder.
Lunch: taco salad with Romaine lettuce, green and yellow bell pepper, black beans, lean ground beef, red onion, radish, low fat Mexican blend cheeses, salsa and Greek yogurt for dressing, line wedge and a side of tortilla chips.
Dinner: pan seared chicken breasts, steamed green beans with parmesan and butter, mashed potatoes with Greek yogurt and fat free cheddar.
