    Pasta: 300 grams flour, 2 eggs plus water.
    Sauce: olive oil, garlic, basil passata, ground beef, spices.

    Sauce looks great, but the pasta looks like the gluten was underdeveloped, and/or it’s very overcooked.
    Finish this pasta in the sauce, and this will feel more cohesive.

    When the pasta is done cooking use tongs to take it out of the water and mix it in with the Ragu, that way the starch from the cooking water helps the sauce adhere to the pasta.
