So! My last two meal postings seem to be received pretty well and I figured this one would help too.
I’m a person who tries to maximize my macros within my allotted calories since 1200 cals a day can be pretty constricting. I also like eat stuff I like lol, so it’s a challenge to do both but I try.
This meal keeps me full for atleast 4 hours. A good chunk of the calories come from the tortilla and before I used to use Canadian bacon instead of turkey bacon (a little lower in calories, more protein and less fat). That being said, they’re both interchangeable.
If you haven’t already, try pickled onions! They pack a lot of flavor and are relatively low in calories. On the same vein, salsas are also low in calories and provide lots of flavor too. If that’s not to your taste, I have also done hot sauce instead of the salsa and it works just as well.
