Roast 2-3 pablano peppers with 8 cloves of garlic and 1/2 chopped onion. Blend until smooth with 1/2 cup chicken broth and salt to taste. Saute 1 lb shrimp with garlic and butter until lightly cooked (1-2?minute). Add 8-10 shrimp to a ramikan with the sauce, cover with mozzarella and broil until brown. Serve with white rice and papas fritas (french fries).
I added a small piece of my wife's salmon, and it was very good with them sauce!
