I’ve never seen slices of orange(assuming cheddar) cheese in a lasagna. Ricotta and parm, yes

that would put me to sleep for 15h straight. looks good tho

28 lbs from the butcher, will lose some water weight as it dry ages.

I came for a giant 28lb lasanga and instead saw some orange cheese stuff instead of a bechemel and ricotta, parmasean.

However i respect the effort and feeding the crew.

How long did it take to cook? Looks good.

Top it with some Napoli for the love of god. Very dry

Dry but great looking, fuck the haters. Just add a ladle of gravy on top of that facia bruta, madonne!

How in the hell do you find time to do this?

  9. I wish I was one of your staff! Looks amazing!

Looks great for a staff meal. Just add some tomato sauce on the side and it wont be dry.

How much fucking staff do you have?

  13. ANAL-FART

Would. That’s how you keep me trucking along gratefully for 6 hours. I’m so curious about the cheddar. I bet it’s dope and weird at the same time.

I don’t like this insulting lasagna. Glad people aren’t hungry though

I knew the cheddar comments were gonna pop up.

    I’d still fuck that up!

Oh god my mother makes them that big when she is trying to cook for less people than usual. God i wish I was kidding.

I get you. Looks delicious. But if any of my cooks spend more than 20min making family, I’m gonna bark like a dog chained to a tree.

That looks so fluffy and soft. Mmm. I love pasta. My heart would melt during lunch break.

Such a huge fan of this staff meal sharing sweeping this sub! Were you guys making staff meals before or were you inspired by other chefs on this sub?

How long do you have to let a monster like that cool before you cut into it??

  21. JFKush420

    What in the atrocity?

I would have at least turned the bastard cheese into a bechamel.

  22. LostMyPercolatorFish

    I want big lasagna 🤣🤣🤣

  23. Sweet-Consequence773

Using that cheese is a crime

  24. paintlulus

Next time call it Mac n cheese. These make-believe hungry ingrates wouldn’t know the difference. I bet it was delicious

Might be slightly stretching the definition of lasagna, but it looks satisfying as fuck! I’d happily devour that in a heartbeat!

  26. Only enough meat and bechamel for a lasagna half that thickness but alright, I’ll still have some.
