While we had great fun with it last winter, we were apprehensive of how well it has withstood the harsh summer and longish monsoon that followed. Looks hale, hearty and ready for an encore this winter 😃. The oven was designed by @studio_lazypanda amidst my constant pestering, ever-changing ideas & inundation of books on oven designs 😃. The design and structure is holding up well so far. Guess I am ready to be the second consultant in the family 🤪
Btw, other than the pizzas, the spread had Dal makhani, Jeera rice, Chicken curry, Sautéed Broccoli & Potatoes, Greek style chicken meatballs with Tzatziki, Lettuce-Apple salad,Phulka and not to forget the Baigan choka and grilled Corncobs over the dying embers❤️🥰🙏
