Got myself a Recteq 380 Deluxe (on sale, of course!). Had I not opened the top during the burn in it would gave stayed right at temperature (400°) for the entire time. I forsee many meals in out future!

    I have had mine for a year now, got it last black friday sale. Tonight I made salmon in terayaki sauce at the low “smoke” setting. Ate that, then turned that sucker up to 550 with grill grates and made beef short ribs which we will have tomorrow. A very versatile little grill. Enjoy.
