Got these ribeyes cut today 1.5” and they were unreal. Typically get from HEB(best grocer in all the land) but tried out a local shot because my brother spotted it on the way to work, and let me just say the separate trip was worth it. One of the best I’ve made and I willl be returning.

  1. Mike over at Pete’s is an absolute class act!! He can get you almost anything you want. I’d recommend trying out a capon for either Thanksgiving or Christmas.

    Also don’t sleep on their homemade cookies, they are delicious in every way. You can also buy them frozen to heat up and eat fresh at home!

    I’ve got a whole rabbit from Pete’s in the freezer that I want to sous vide, but I’m not sure where to start with time and temp on that.
