Homemade Sarma with sauerkraut

    Take a medium-sized leek, chop it into small pieces, then put it in a pan, add olive oil and fry it for 10 minutes. Add minced meat to the fried leek in the pan and fry for another 15-20 minutes, then add rice, black pepper and red pepper to the same pan and fry for another 5 minutes. After the frying process is complete, take sauerkraut leaves and put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in each leaf and roll them up.
    Repeat the process as long as you have the filling. Arrange them in a pot and pour water over them
    Boil for 2 to 3 hours

    4. Rice 100 gr.
    5. Salt 2 Tbsp
    6. Black Pepper 1 tbsp
